Seats
Base pricing is the owner plan. You are included, so a shop does not pay a second seat for the owner. Additional technicians are $8 a month each, on every owner plan.
One-technician shop
You work the route yourself. On the yearly owner plan that is $109 a year, about $8 a month. That is the whole software bill. There is no extra $8 charge for the owner. The same included seat is $13 a month or $33 a quarter if you would rather pay that way.
Five technicians (you plus four) on the monthly owner plan: $13 + $32 = $45 a month after the trial. Ten technicians (you plus nine): $13 + $72 = $85 a month.
When the book gets big
Average $5,000 a month or more in transactions on Pooli billing? Ask about complementary software use. Routes that run their money through Pooli can take the software cost off the table.

Billing
1% Pooli platform fee
That 1% is the Stripe Connect platform fee on payments processed through Pooli. Collect offline, or keep the payment platform you already run. The route, the chemistry, and the reports still work either way.
Pooli billing is worth using because the tools are built for a route and the platform fee stays at 1%. There is no requirement to switch processors to run Pro.

No. Collect offline or keep your current payment platform. When a payment does run through Pooli, the Pooli platform fee is a flat 1% (Stripe Connect). High-volume routes, averaging $5,000 a month or more on Pooli billing, can ask Kevin about complementary software use.
No. Homeowners are not charged for Pooli Pro. They don't need a Pooli account or to know the app exists. Your company pays for Pro; you run the route and chemistry for them.
