In the app
Open Customers and add a name, a phone or email, a street address, and the pool. Do the first few this way. It is the fastest path when the list is short.
Guides
Log in online or download the free apps, create the organization, and the route has a home. Most owners finish this before the coffee is gone. The customer book is the next step, not a gate.
Get started
Four moves. Under 5 minutes. You can add techs, products, and the rest of the book after the first stop.
Use the Pooli account you already have, or make one in the app. Log in online, or download the free iOS and Android apps above. The 2-month free trial starts there.
That is the company: the name on the route, the invoices, and the technician list. One organization is enough to start.
If someone besides you is on the truck today, add them now. The rest of the crew can wait.
Open a stop when you are ready. Billing, products, and the full book come next. They do not block the first visit.
First customers
A short list goes in by hand. A longer book comes in from a spreadsheet. Both live in the app. This is the owner path, not an API.
Open Customers and add a name, a phone or email, a street address, and the pool. Do the first few this way. It is the fastest path when the list is short.
One row per pool. Include the customer name, a phone or email, the street address, the pool name, and the gallons if you know them.
In the app, use Import on the Customers screen. On the organization pools screen, the button is Import CSV. Upload the file.
Run the same file again and matching rows update instead of doubling, when the email, or the name plus phone, lines up.
The CSV guide on pooli.app lists the columns if you want the full sheet.
Moving a whole book from paper or another service tool? Email support@pooli.app and we will help.
Building a tool on the API? API docs are still here.
